How to order:
Online: Explore the website placing items you would like to order in your shopping basket. Enter the ship-to address and specify special instructions as necessary. Finalize the order through our secure, online payment methods.
Telephone: Call us at (406) 698-4976. We are available daily from 7 am through 7 pm Mountain Time. If we are unable to answer your call, please leave a message and we will return your call quickly!

How can I make a change or cancel my order?
Nothing is premade - every order is processed as quickly as possible. There is a short period of time between placing the order and fulfilling it where an order may be changed or cancelled. Please contact COOKIE's Chocolates immediately  to prevent a situation where we are unable to make changes or cancel the order.

What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards for online purchases as well as PayPal.

How will my order be confirmed?
In most instances, your order will be confirmed via e-mail. Please retain this correspondence in the event you need to contact us to track your order.

How are shipping and handling charges calculated?
Shipping charges vary depending on the value of your total shipment and desired delivery window. Please see our shipping page for more information.

How long will it take to process my order?
Most orders are manufactured packaged and shipped within 3 days. Based on product selection, however, every order is unique and therefore production times vary. We will contact you should this processing time be unrealistic to assure your package arrives in time.

When will my order arrive?
Orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Generally the items arrive to their destination within 2-3 days. Tracking information will be provided if requested.
